The Nonagon Association - Science and Technology Park of São Miguel, promoted, this afternoon, a Webinar under the theme “Work 5.0: Managing people tomorrow”.

This Webinar, started with a brief overview by Arnaldo Machado, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Associação Nonagon, counted on the intervention of the Organizational and Labor Psychologist, Pedro Almeida Maia.

Pedro Almeida Maia shared with all the participants how Organizational Psychology contributes to today's challenges, addressed psychosocial risks, teleworking skills, the attraction and retention of talent and the management of emotions.

The “Work 5.0: Managing People Tomorrow” Webinar was attended by around 80 participants, including the Executive Director of TERINOV, some of the representatives of companies resident in Nonagon, entrepreneurs of the Go-On Incubator, representatives and entrepreneurs residing in TERINOV, entrepreneurs of the Azores Business Incubators Network and some associated companies of the various Chambers of Commerce and Industry and other business associations.

At the end of the event, those present had the opportunity to see their questions clarified by Psychologist Pedro Almeida Maia.
