The Azores Digital Innovation Hub (AzDIH), coordinated by the Nonagon Association, will be present, on the 18th of May, at the online event to formalize the constitution of iSLANDIHs, a consortium composed of several Digital Innovation Hubs, of which it is an integral part. .
This event, which will have the presence and intervention of a representative of the European Commission, will also comprise the sharing of each Digital Innovation Center about their activities and areas of intervention, culminating in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the constituents of the iSLANDIHs consortium based in the following regions: Azores, Balearics, Canaries, Cyprus, Corsica, Crete, Madeira, Malta, Sardinia and Sicily.
This consortium intends to make joint efforts to identify opportunities for collaboration between the various Digital Innovation Centers, with a support to encourage digitization and digital transformation in those territories with unique characteristics, such as the islands.
