In a General Assembly meeting, held this morning at the Science and Technology Park of São Miguel, the new board membres of the Nonagon Association were elected.
The Board of Directors is now composed by Teresa Dolores Mota Ferreira, as president, and Maria Odete Pinho Cabral and Gonçalo José Semedo Ávila Trindade, as non-executive members, representing the Municipality of Lagoa and the Regional Directorate of Science and Digital Transition, respectively.
Regarding the Supervisory Board, António Fernando Alves Marçal, representing the Government of the Azores, assumes the presidency, accompanied by Fernando Jorge Ventura Moniz, representing the Municipality of Lagoa, and Catarina Isabel Furtado Pacheco, Statutory Auditor.
The General Assembly is now chaired by Sérgio Paulo Ávila Campos Marques, representing the Government of the Azores, alongside Cristina de Fátima da Silva Calisto and Teresa de Jesus Lopes Ferreira, representing the Municipality of Lagoa and the University of the Azores, respectively.
