On September 7, the Nonagon Association joined the Ignition Partners Network, with the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Portugal Capital Ventures.

This network, which has 70 partners, is a contact platform between the main players of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, namely universities, interface institutes, R&D centers, incubators and accelerators, which aims to detect business opportunities and promote financing mechanisms and instruments innovative projects.

The diversity of partners in this network makes it possible to establish bridges of contact between scientific production, technology and entrepreneurship, which is an advantage for the Nonagon Association, which understands that the action of entrepreneurship cannot be dissociated from new technologies.

For all these reasons, Nonagon welcomes this stage that opens new opportunities to stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship in the Azores.
