The Nonagon Association - Science and Technology Park of São Miguel, represented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Arnaldo Machado, is present today at the 16th COTEC Innovation Summit, promoted by the Business Association for Innovation, in Famalicão.

Leading 4.0 Highway to Manufacturing Value with People and Intelligent Machines, this event brings together managers, entrepreneurs, academics, policy makers, students and other experts in a discussion of the key trends in technology innovation in the 4.0 era.

The program includes 9 sessions and over 35 speakers on topics such as “Classroom Meets the Workplace”, “Test Before Invest”: Overcoming the “Death Valley”, “Is i4.0 a Make or Break Challenge for Europe and Portugal?”, among others.

The President of the Republic and Honorary President of COTEC Portugal, Professor Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa will close the meeting.
