The first meeting of the consortium of the Azores Digital Innovation Hub (AzoresDIH) happened on September 27th, marking a significant milestone for the first Digital Innovation Hub in the Azores, under the coordination of the Nonagon Association - Science and Technology Park of São Miguel.

Representatives from different entities were present at this meeting, including INESC TEC - Institute for Systems and Computer Engineering, Technology, and Science, the Collaborative Laboratory Association for Digital Transformation (DTx Colab), NOVA FORUM - Executive Education Institute of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ponta Delgada - Business Association of the islands of São Miguel and Santa Maria, the University of the Azores, the Tourism Observatory of the Azores, the Regional Fund for Science and Technology, INOVA+, Trisolaris Advanced Technologies, ENTA - School of New Technologies of the Azores, University of Coimbra, and COTEC Portugal - Business Association for Innovation.

These 13 entities came together to share crucial information about the consortium's internal resources and to define the implementation plan for the AzoresDIH project. This meeting marks the beginning of a collaborative journey towards digital innovation in the Azores.
