The Nonagon Association - Science and Technology Park of São Miguel, promoted, this morning, a Webinar under the theme "Leadership in challenging times".

This Webinar, started with a brief overview by the President of the Association's Board of Directors, Arnaldo Machado, was attended by the Founder and CEO of EAD - Documentation Archive Company, Paulo Veiga.

Paulo Veiga shared with all the participants some advice on how to manage teams and achieve results in exceptional contexts, contributing to the success of organizations through the application of motivational techniques that enhance the strengths of a team and help mitigate the weaknesses.

The “Leadership in challenging times” webinar was attended by about 50 participants, including some of the representatives of companies resident in Nonagon, entrepreneurs of the Go-On Incubator, entrepreneurs of the Azores Business Incubators Network and some associated companies the various Chambers of Commerce and other business associations.

At the end of the event, there was also an opportunity to discuss the topic with the contributions of the participants.
