In the day of National commemoration of Scientific Culture, the Nonagon Association - Science and Technology Park of São Miguel, was present at the C-DAYS Annual Cybersecurity Conference, organized by the National Cybersecurity Center (CNCS).

“Industrial and Technological Skills in Cybersecurity” was the panel with the contribution of Arnaldo Machado, President of the Board of Directors of Associação Nonagon, alongside Nuno Rodrigues of the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, Célia Reis of Altran Portugal, Nelson Escravana of INOV INESC Inovação and Lino Santos, from the National Cybersecurity Center.

The Digital Europe Program and the role and importance of Digital Innovation Hubs in supporting citizens and businesses in cybersecurity were some of the main issues addressed.

In a moment of great global transformations that generate enormous challenges and uncertainties, the C-DAYS 2020 Conference takes on a new format and intends to continue to share knowledge through the promotion of productive discussions around the various themes that result from the fact that Cybersecurity is a transversal issue in today's society.
