The Nonagon Association - Science and Technology Park of São Miguel received this morning the visit of Catherine Havasi, co-founder and CEO of Luminoso company.

After being received by the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Teresa Ferreira, that recognized expert in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing, was able to learn about the mission and strategic objectives of this Association.

Catherine Havasi then mentored PMA Azores, Custom Project, Cereal Games and Tetrapi, companies with projects under development in the field of Artificial Intelligence, by sharing their experience and insights.

Catherine went to the Azores at the invitation of the American Corner and will be at the University of the Azores to share her knowledge in a presentation called “Practical Natural Language Processing”.
