The Nonagon Association promoted, this afternoon, the third meeting of the initiative “Entrepreneurship with Success”, in the Science and Technology Park of São Miguel.
This “Successful Entrepreneurship” was attended by around 20 participants, including representatives of Nonagon resident companies, entrepreneurs of Incubadora Go-On and Incubaçor, as well as Armando Pereira, an entrepreneur in Information and Communication Technologies.
Armando Pereira is an Azorean and has extensive experience developing projects in the US, England, Japan, Israel, Brazil, Germany and Italy with technologies ranging from broadband telecommunications to internet-of-things and, more recently, autonomous driving vehicles, theme that you shared more particularly in this 3rd meeting.
He actively works with companies at various stages of development such as startups, SMEs and NASDAQ listed companies in New York.
Through this meeting, it was possible to foster networking relationships between entrepreneurs and to share best practices in different sectors.
The “Entrepreneurs with Success” meetings will contribute to the enhancement of the conditions for the development of entrepreneurship, innovation and knowledge transfer, and the creation of new startups and value-added products with a particular focus on R.A.A’s differentiating domains. defined in RIS3 Azores.
