The latest DoubleTree by Hilton hotel opened yesterday in the city of Lagoa. The event was attended by business people and members of the community who celebrated the arrival of the renowned hotel in the region.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Lagoa promises to raise the standards of hospitality in the region and has around 101 rooms, a spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a gym, a restaurant, a bar and meeting and event rooms.

DoubleTree by Hilton, founded in 1969, is a chain of hotels belonging to Hilton Worldwide which currently has around 580 units spread over more than 50 countries.
