The Nonagon Association received a visit from a group of students from the University of British Columbia, accompanied by Professor José Carlos Teixeira.
The 10 students were welcomed into the TESARAC auditorium by the President of the Board of Directors, Teresa Ferreira, and employee Bruno Amaral, who told them about the history of NONAGON and its various areas of activity.
The group also had the opportunity to meet Joshua Alves, one of the winners of Startup Weekend Azores, who spoke about his experience in the competition, as well as his visit to Boston's entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem, the prize for this edition.
After this, the group had the opportunity to get to know the Science and Technology Park's facilities and resident companies.
