NONAGON received a visit from the President of the Regional Government of Príncipe, Filipe Nascimento, accompanied by his official delegation.

The delegation was received by the President of the Board of Directors of the Nonagon Association, Luís de Almeida, in a meeting that reinforces the ties of cooperation between the Atlantic’s Autonomous Regions and promotes the sharing of knowledge and innovation.

During the visit, the delegation composed by the Regional Secretary Carlos Pinheiro, the Vice-President of the Regional Legislative Assembly Inhazalda Varela, the Deputy and Nestor Umbelina, and the President of the Regional Football Association João Ramos had the opportunity to learn about the park’s infrastructure and to meet with the companies and start-ups based at NONAGON.

Also attended by Pedro Faria e Castro, this visit forms part of a programme that includes the islands of São Miguel and Terceira, with the aim of strengthening institutional relations and exploring strategic opportunities for collaboration.
