On June 26 and 27, the TESARAC auditorium at the Science and Technology Park of São Miguel opened its doors to host the 2024 edition of the International Conference on Innovation in Engineering.

This conference was organized by an international committee of universities, with Professor José Machado from the School of Engineering at the University of Minho and Luís Mendes Gomes from the University of the Azores in charge.

This edition featured more than 36 speakers, 20 scientific posters and 4 keynote speakers and brought together around 130 people at NONAGON.

The main objective was to present research that combines innovation, engineering and sustainability.
